Seasonal Mowing Contracts with 28 scheduled visits per-season
Each visit includes trimming, removal of trash or debris, edging of sidewalks and driveway, and cleaning of all driveways, walkways, and patios
Each visit includes:
– Mowing and trimming of lawn.
– Edging of sidewalks, driveway, and beds.
– Blowing off of driveway, walkways, and beds.

Aeration + Overseeding

Core aeration enhances the flow of nutrients and water to the soil. It also gives your lawn the benefit of decompaction and an increased germination percentage for the seed.

Not only does aeration help with seed germination, as an added bonus, it helps with water runoff and drainage.

What we offer:

Core aeration and overseeding in the autumn months. This catches the ideal window for seed germination and best results.
Application of a high quality seed to the lawn at a rate ranging from 2 lbs/1000 square foot to 6 lbs/1000 square foot. Rate varies on the condition of the lawn.
